IntroductionThe Pencil tool is used to draw freehand in Flash.
Select the Pencil tool, click on the Stag and drag to draw a line. The type of line is specified by the options on the Toolbox. There are three types of line: smooth, straighten, ink.
Select the Pencil tool and draw with the Straighten option selected. Notice that Flash straightens out the line. The figures show this.
With the Ink option selected, the line is drawn exactly as the user drew it. Flash does not modify it.
The Arrow tool can be used to select and change the color of a line or move part of a line. Select the Arrow tool and then select part of a line. It can be moved by dragging, or color options can be used. To select the whole line, use the Arrow tool and draw a rectangle around the line.
The Subselection tool is used in the same way as with the Oval and Rectangle. Select the Subselection tool and then move an anchor point or the whole line depending on the cursor shape
